Return/Refund Service<<
Customers who have registered as online store members and receive (non-conforming or damaged) products can apply for a refund within 3 days (calculated from the receipt of the package) through the following procedures:-
Send the order number, the name and quantity of the products to be refunded, the reason for the refund and the relevant product photo proof to our email address enquiry@skinchoicebeauty.com.
After verifying your application, a return application confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please pack the returned product in its original packaging and print out the return confirmation email and affix it to the parcel before arranging the return to us or contact us to arrange the return.
We will process the refund immediately upon receipt of your returned product. After verification, we will refund the actual amount you paid for the product via the payment method and account you selected when you made the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the specific operation of different banks. Generally, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your return package.
Please note that we will not be able to refund you if you do not follow the correct return procedures or your product does not meet the return requirements.
